UPDATE:

9/2025 - Xcel Energy has hired Dakota Electric to decommission the sirens.  This will be done by 12/31/2025

Xcel Energy will be decommissioning their sirens/towers that are located in our township Summer 2024.  If an emergency happens at the nuclear plant you will be notified via an alert on your cell phone.
