Dakota County Hope Summit

The opioid crisis affects all of us—whether directly or through someone we care about. The Dakota County H.O.P.E. Summit (Health, Opioids, Prevention, Education) is a free community event where you can learn, connect, and find support.

Join Us:

  • When: Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Where: Dakota County Technical College, 1300 145th Street E., Rosemount (use the west entrance)

What's Happening:

  • Learn from expert speakers about the opioid crisis and how we can address it together
  • Attend workshops and panel discussions with community leaders, healthcare professionals, and people sharing their personal recovery stories
  • Visit the resource fair to discover local support services and programs
  • Connect with others who care about making our community healthier and safer
  • Free lunch provided
  • Learn how opioid settlement funding is being used in Dakota County

Everyone is welcome—community members, parents, educators, healthcare workers, prevention specialists, and anyone who wants to help reduce stigma and support people affected by substance misuse.
